The Kids Cards Program of North Carolina

A program of N.C. Children’s Promise, Kids Cards helps raise money for the North Carolina Children’s Hospital’s pediatric patients and their families. Through the sale of holiday cards, all-occasion cards, e-cards and other items depicting the original artwork of our young patients, Kids Cards aims to heighten public awareness of the special care needs and attention of seriously-ill children.

Funding Programs. Enriching Lives.

All proceeds of our cards and gifts are used to fund novel and unique programs designed to enrich the lives of our pediatric patients. Since our inception in 1985, Kids Cards has funded a variety of programs to benefit young patients across North Carolina, including:

• Camperships for burn victims
• Bilingual educational materials
• Special car seats for children in full-body casts
• Memory book supplies for neonatal & pediatric intensive care units

Help Give Hope to Our N.C. Pediatric Patients

There are several ways to help us provide these unique opportunities to our N.C. pediatric patients. We welcome donations of time, goods, services and funds to help Kids Cards fulfill its mission.

Kids Cards is a part of the Medical Foundation of North Carolina under North Carolina Children’s Promise and a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. We are currently looking for partners to assist us with our marketing and advertising efforts across the state, as well as corporate/business sponsors of the program.

In addition to being found online, Kids Cards are available during the holidays at select retail locations in Raleigh, Durham, Burlington, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Greensboro, Holly Springs, Wake Forest and Fayetteville, NC.
