About Kids Cards Project

The Kids Cards Project, a program of the N.C. Children’s Promise raises funds for the benefit of
pediatric patients and their families at North Carolina Children’s Hospital. Through the sale of
cards and other items featuring the artwork of patients of the hospital, Kids Cards aims to heighten
public awareness about the special care, attention and needs of seriously ill children. Proceeds from the
sale of all Kids Cards merchandise are used to fund novel and unique programs whose goals are to
enrich the lives of our pediatric patients.

Since its inception in 1985, Kids Cards has funded such programs as: camperships for burn victums,
bilingual educational materials, special car seats for children in full body casts; and memory book
supplies for neonatal and pediatric intensive care units.

There are many ways to help the Kids Cards Project provide these unique and special programs for our pediatric patients. We welcome donations of time, goods and services and funds to help Kids Cards fulfill its mission. Kids Cards is a part of the Medical Foundation of North Carolina under North Carolina Children's Promise and a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Kids Cards is looking for partners to assist us with our marketing and advertising efforts across the state as well as corporate/business sponsors of the program. Please visit the Kids Cards THANKS page. In addition to helping the patients at North Carolina Children’s Hospital, all of the sponsorship options provide immeasurable positive exposure for the supporter throughout North Carolina and beyond.
